A lot has happened since the first heavy load bag was sold. Thus our product range in the meantime comprises several models in various designs.
Each model can be adjusted according to our range, colour combinations and individual print with extra features.
Every single heavy load bag which leaves our firm comes from our production site in Schleswig-Holstein.
Our heavyweight among under the heavy load bags has currently a breaking load of 5,9 t. In order to attain this kind of category, the quality in material and working has to be right up into the smallest detail. In production, we pay increased attention to each single step in the processing – beginning with running direction of the technical textiles for the cut, over clean and tight sewing and welding seams up to final quality control before leaving our workshop.

In addition, we confirm that our products fulfil the valid requirements for placing on the market in the EU with putting the CE label on all our products.Each bag has a type label on which you can see the certificate number, the production number, the production date as well as the supplier number (if available). Thus the production process is continuously visible for you. Up to today we have a complaint rate of 0%.
Even though our bags were especially developed for the transport of heavy goods in extreme heights, they are of course likewise best suitable to move equipment near the ground safely and easily. For example, goods with small parts can be delivered without any unnecessary and time-consuming repacking more easily and quickly.The diverse purposes for use and the high quality make our heavy load bag indispensable for industry and skilled crafts.

The heavy load bag Model 1 comes in 4 different diameters with the safety factor 4 : 1.
Model 2 has 2 carry straps. You can choose between 3 sizes as well as 3 different safety factors.
Our largest heavy load bag with 4 carrying straps is currently available in 3 sizes with a breaking load of up to 5.9 t.
The heavy load bags of the Model 4 range are angular and have 2 carry straps. They are available in several sizes and 3 different safety factors.
Model 5 is oval and currently available in a standard size.
